OUR MISSION
Our mission is to advance the evaluation and preparation of aspiring collegiate and professional soccer players aged 14 and up, by coupling traditional, subjective assessment, with cutting-edge technology to more accurately analyze physiological and soccer-specific metrics.
Gradum is unlike any other youth soccer academy. Our unique, data-driven approach, and 5:1 staff-to-player ratio gives participants the opportunity to receive individualized feedback from those who have first-hand experience with the game at a high level.
By integrating soccer-specific considerations (pass completion rates, on-field movement tracking via heatmaps, etc.) with objective, technology-based evaluation of physiological metrics (heart rate, recovery rates, accelerations, etc.), Gradum is able to create custom training programs for each player; targeting the most important areas and maximizing player progression during formative developmental years.

Web based summary of coaching observations, performance metrics, Polar data and video clips will be combined into a best in class performance index that can be compared and replicated to demonstrate growth over time.
